An impressive, state-of-the-art BMW after-sales and administration centre was constructed on a 2.3 acre site that originally housed a derelict 5-storey office building and a former sugar refinery. The project comprised re-cladding and refurbishing the office block, re-roofing, extending and re-cladding the warehouse, dividing it into a bodyshop and workshop, installing hi-tech equipment in both areas, and resurfacing the site to create parking for 200 cars. The project was subject to BMW specifications throughout, with 20 specified direct subcontractors in addition to our own staff and subcontractors.
