The fit-out of a previously disused building in the heart of Liverpool City Centre involved a full cleaning and repair exercise to bring the building's external stonework back to its former glory. New feature windows were added to the 6th storey and all other windows were refurbished and reinstated The revitalised 7-storey building also benefited from structural alterations to the main entrance, new interior walls and partitions plus alteration and refurbishment work to the building's courtyard areas, basement and car parking facilities. New plant equipment was also added to the roofspace and all mechanical and electrical installation work was completed as well as the internal decoration
