Modular construction of hotel extension

A two storey, 22 bedroom extension built using an advanced modular construction method that reduced the build time from 20 weeks to 14, resulting in new premises that were finished to the highest standards. Each module incorporated two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a section of corridor with all wiring, plumbing and sanitary ware pre-installed. These modules were linked together onsite to create the new building before a pitched roof and brick outer skin were added.
