The construction and fit out of this contemporary hotel included 60 bedrooms, a pub, a restaurant, children's indoor play area and a conference facility. We also completed all external works and extensive drainage works. The 4-storey building features a ground-to-first-floor steel transfer deck construction with a timber frame to the remaining storeys above. The external façade was also completed with traditional render and brickwork.
