Overcoming many challenges revolving around restricted access and foundation work, this complex project involved demolishing the rear façade, adding a new 7-storey steel frame extension and ?feature entrance', creating a new external envelope from cladding, steel and glass and adding an insulated roofing membrane. With a full M & E package and all internal fit-out work including decoration, new floors and floor coverings, it's an outstanding example of how our ability to overcome challenges and deliver completed projects on time and to budget has made Multibuild the preferred choice.
