- Full turnkey package of services incorporating every aspect of project
- Both hotel and restaurant constructed using timber frame structure
- Mixture of brick and render used to form restaurants external envelope, while feature rendered panels, in-keeping with local environment, were used to clad hotel
- Both hotel and restaurant fit out to Premier Inn and Beefeater brand standards respectively
- Extensive landscaping works completed to screen buildings from the view of nearby roads
