Working on behalf of project developer Tidalgate Investment Ltd, Multibuild undertook extensive refurbishment of the 9-storey building which had previously fallen into an extremely poor state of repair. The Multibuild team overcame a number of major challenges including significant damage caused by damp and a severe lack of on-site storage space for project materials. The resulting hotel now offers 120 rooms, plus a number of bars and restaurants and two 300-capacity function rooms.
