  • Constructed using off-site modular system that allowed bedroom pods to be delivered to site completely fit out and decorated to Premier Inn brand standards, then placed on top of each other to form hotel
  • Steel frame multi-storey car park with concrete floors was constructed prior to pods arrival, allowing hotel to be constructed on top
  • Hotel finished in a mixture of different cladding including render and rainscreen panels
  • Restaurant with views over the Humber estuary was also included
