Multibuild's specialist interior team completed this fit out of Zuger's Tea Rooms in the impressive Exchange on St John Street development in Chester town centre that Multibuild had previously undertaken the original enabling and refurbishment works on. Multibuild created both the kitchen and restaurant areas within the 1300 sq ft unit, with finishes to the restaurant including bespoke American Cherry joinery, glazed chilled display units, feature glazed walls and fixed booth seating. The kitchen area, measuring 300 sq ft, included professional cooking equipment, hygienic wall cladding and hygienic metal ceiling tiles. A fully illuminated shop front was fitted, finishing off what is an impressive addition to the city centre development.
