The first hotel to be built at Liverpool John Lennon Airport, this 5-storey unit with 100 rooms features a variety of aluminium, stone render and brickwork cladding to give the building a contemporary look and feel. All interiors were fully fitted out to meet with the Express by Holiday Inn brand standards. Built upon pile foundations with a steel transfer structure and pre-cast concrete upper floors, this elegant and imposing modern building utilises curtain walling and a stylish blend of aluminium, terracotta, stone render and brickwork cladding. A single ply roof is incorporated and the full interior fit out was created using the strict guidelines issued to match the hotel operators requirements for brand continuity.
