  • The 1990s saw Multibuild expanding into the hotel industry, where it quickly formed a reputation for finishing projects on time, to budget and to the highest possible standards.
  • Multibuild continued to apply its customer focussed approach to construction and fit out throughout the 1990s and into the 2000s, galvanising its reputation as an expert in hotel and leisure construction and fit out.
  • In January 2010, Multibuild became part of Balfour Beatty plc; benefiting from the security that comes with being a member of such a successful group.
  • Today, with more than 6000 hotel rooms and over 500 leisure projects to its name, a client list including some of the UK's most prominent Blue Chip companies, and the backing of the Balfour Beatty group; Multibuild is regarded as a true market leading expert.
