Multibuild companies acquired by Balfour Beatty

On the 1^st of February it was announced that Multibuild Hotels and Leisure Ltd and Multibuild Interiors Ltd had been acquired by Balfour Beatty, the international infrastructure group operating in construction services, professional services, support services and infrastructure investments.
