Premier appointment for Multibuild

Multibuild, the hotel and leisure contractor has won a project on behalf of Whitbread PLC to construct a 50 bedroom Premier Inn hotel with adjacent Table Table restaurant in Rugeley, Staffordshire. The two separate buildings will have timber frame structures clad with a mixture of brick and render. Internally the contractor will fit out the hotel and restaurant to Premier Inn and Table Table brand standards, respectively. The project, which is scheduled to start in June, is the latest in a long line of Premier Inn schemes that Multibuild has undertaken directly for Whitbread PLC and further reinforces the contractor’s position as a market leader in hotel and leisure construction.
