Mike Peden
Chief Executive

Together with Tony Short Mike founded Multibuild in 1983 and the two remain major shareholders.
With thirty years experience in construction to his credit, Mike is a member of the Chartered Institute of Builders.

Iain Birch
Chief Operating Officer

Iain joined the board of Multibuild in 2007, having previously ran his own consultancy business. Starting from a commercial background and working through to the position of Chief Operating Director, Iain has held a number of directorship roles with a variety of companies that have ranged from the medium sized to PLC's.

Charles McAlister
Commercial Director

Charles, who is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, joined the Board of Multibuild in 2005.
He had previously held a number of senior roles during his 32 years in the construction industry, most notably as a Director of Carillion.

Karen Whittam
Financial Director

Karen brought with her 20 years of experience in senior financial and operational roles when she came to Multibuild from PAC International in 1997. Karen is a Chartered Management Accountant.

Gary Wilson
Construction
Operations Director

Moving from his original background within joinery Gary came to Multibuild in 1993. He has since progressed through various roles within the company including Site Manager and Contracts Manager.

Jason Taylor
Design & Build
Operations Manager

Bringing degree-level qualifications and a solid background in Quantity Surveying, Jason joined Multibuild in 2005. He had previously worked for regional contractors within the construction sector for 18 years.

Ged Nolan
Interiors
Operations Director

Since joining Multibuild in 1989 Ged has spent time in a number of key roles including Site Manager and Contract Manager before progressing to his current position.
